What We Deliver
Full design package covering mechanical and kinematics design, PCB schematics and board layout, electrical wiring drawings, PLC specification, and motor, drive, and sensor selection. Machine types include conveyors, packaging presses, bottling machines, and single- to multi-axis motion control systems including CNC conversions. Electrical and electronic design handled in-house for standard industrial power ranges; high-power requirements covered through embedded network specialists.
Files delivered in native CAD formats (Alibre, Inventor, Fusion 360), neutral 3D formats (STEP, IGES), and 2D drawing formats (DWG, DXF, SVG).
How We Work
An NDA is standard practice before detailed discussions begin — we sign readily and expect the same in return.
Specification goes beyond the machine itself. Before design begins we establish upstream and downstream process context, production throughput requirements, industry-specific material constraints, auxiliary systems availability, compressed air supply, robotic transport interfaces, and applicable safety standards including OSHA requirements.
The specification is agreed, documented, and signed by both parties before design work begins. For projects running longer than one week, a weekly video call keeps progress visible and aligned.

Custom production machinery covers the full range of machine types and complexity levels. Some highly specialised applications may require capabilities beyond what is economically practical within this service — this will be identified clearly at the specification stage, not after work has begun.
