Power Transmission Systems
What We Deliver
Manufacturing-ready drawings with full tolerancing, material and process specifications, Bills of Material, and dynamic purchase orders derived from the BOM. Files delivered in native CAD formats (Alibre, Inventor, Fusion 360), neutral 3D formats (STEP, IGES), and 2D drawing formats (DWG, DXF, SVG).
Load calculation templates and parametric design files can be handed over as working deliverables — with optional training for your engineers so the tools continue generating value after the project closes.
Mechanical power transmission systems designed to AGMA, ANSI, and ISO standards — from single-stage reducers and belt drives to planetary gear sets and custom transmission assemblies. Every design is engineered for the specific application, ratio, torque requirements, and installation envelope.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with a written specification, followed by a video call or in-person meeting to review the brief, align on scope, and produce a preliminary timeline and cost assessment. Specifications are then solidified before design work begins.
For projects running longer than one week, a weekly video call keeps the work visible and aligned. Deliverables are produced to the agreed standard — if the output format, standard, or detail level needs to fit a specific requirement, it will.
Industries & Applications
Food processing, oil & gas, packaging, robotics, and automation — including robot 7th-axis applications and custom conveyor drive systems.
Scope
Power transmission design covers the full range of mechanical drive system types and complexity levels. Some highly specialised applications may require capabilities beyond what is economically practical within this service — this will be identified and communicated clearly at the specification stage, not after work has begun.
